Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Every one of our products is hand made fresh to order. As a result, it can sometimes take a little longer to receive your goods. We estimate it will take up to 14 days to get to you but we will let you know if this is going to change. If you have a specific timeline, get in touch to let us know and we will confirm if this is possible.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to Australia. If you are outside of Australia and are desperate to try our products, get in touch and we can discuss how this might work for you.
Cost of Shipping
As we are a small business, we do need to charge for shipping. To add to that, the products can be quite heavy and so it is not feasible to offer a ‘Free Shipping’ option as your order size grows.
Returns
We can offer a refund if the product arrives damaged or it is not fit for purpose. We cannot offer a refund if you receive it and do not like it.
30 Days to Return
As this is a 100% pure and natural product, it does have a shelf life as there are no preservatives or chemicals. As a result we can only offer a 30 day return policy.
